Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thermo Electric Co. pH Meter / Stand / Electrodes parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thomson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thomson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thomson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomson such as the 2BA080PEL12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MovopartM55 manufactured by Thomson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2CA120KEL43 by Manufacturer Thomson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thomson Brand PSN2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thorlabs such as MTS50MZ8 equipment made by Thorlabs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thorlabs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thorlabs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IMElevator made by Thk as well as the popular 128160 original spares produced by Timken

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AT25E0101 by Thomson and MTS50MZ8 spares by Thorlabs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D45212501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Comark.
